Mix mother’s kitchen spice mix @ Tbs spoon (30 gms) with 20 ml of oil , and 1-2 tbs lemon juice to make a fine paste. Add ½ cup ( 150 g ) yoghurt ,20 ml mustard oil, mix well .Marinate meat or veggies ( 300 gms ) with the prepared paste and keep aside it for 10-15 min. Add salt if required. With little oil sauté the prepared mixture in a pan ,on a medium heat. Cook till soft and tender.

Cook it in a pan With little oil till it becomes soft and tender. You can cook this in the oven at 150 C for 25-30 min.
You can make paneer tikka ,prawns’ broccoli ,cauliflower ,baby potato ,yam (it needs to be cooked )Best way to make tikka is in coal grill.
