Mix mother’s kitchen spice mix @ Tbs spoon (30 gms) with 20 ml oil 150 gm of yogurt and mix well .Marinate chicken or veggies ( 300 gms ) with the ginger garlic paste (10 gm) along with the spice mix and keep aside it for 10-15 min. Add salt if required. With little oil sauté the prepared mixture in a pan on a medium heat , Add water 500-600 ml as you want the thickness of the gravy ,Cook till soft and tender ,serve with rice or roti .
You can make paneer tandoori masala ,chicken tandoori masala ,veg ( cauliflower ,broccoli ,beans) tandoori masala

Best way to use this spice, is tandoori fish ,paneer ,whole chicken Tandoori ,Leg of Lamb (marinate one day before cooking ) is delicious
