In a handi add 125 ml green masala Gravy and stir for 1-2mins.
Add 150 Gms lamb ( cooked ) ,or Paneer (cottage cheese) or your choice of veggies pieces and stir for 2-3mins.
Add 200 ml water and boil for 5-7mins.
till right consistency. Allow it to stand for 15-20 minutes.
You can use these recipes for roast leg of lamb on a coal cooking to get wonderful taste.
