Directions for gravy

Mix mother’s kitchen spice mix @ Tbs spoon (30 gms) with 20 ml oil ,300 ml water and  to make a fine paste mix well .Marinate Mutton or chicken or veggies ( 300 gms ) with the prepared paste and  keep aside it for 10-15 min. Add salt if required. With little oil sauté the prepared mixture in a pan ,on a medium heat. Add 300 ml water, Cook till soft and tender. ( Mutton will take time to cook ) ( for mutton use presser cooker )

Directions for grill

Mix mother’s kitchen spice mix @ Tbs spoon (30 gms) with 50 ml of water and  to make a fine paste mix well .Marinate Mutton or chicken or veggies ( 300 gms ) with the prepared paste and  keep overnight for meat . Add salt if required. Cook it on a grill With little oil ill soft and tender. ( Mutton will take time to cook )
